1. Eligibility
Sellers must apply, be approved by Crafty, keep an active seller membership, and choose one seller category (for example Baker, Artisan, Designer, Crafter). Crafty may change your category on request.
2. Fees
Seller membership: $14.99 per month. Marketplace fee: 10% of each sale. Optional add-ons (such as custom domains or extra LIVE shows) are priced where offered. Crafty covers card processing costs from its fee. Fees may change with notice: [Owner to confirm] notice period.
3. Listings
Each listing may include up to 5 photos and 2 videos. Listings publish automatically and may be reviewed afterwards; Crafty may approve, reject, or ask you to edit and resubmit with a note.
4. Custom orders and services
For custom orders you set the required deposit and when the remaining balance is due. A remaining balance is charged automatically only if the buyer agreed to it; otherwise you send a payment link. Buy Services gigs are paid upfront and must be priced above $10.
5. Payouts
Payouts are released three days after purchase, subject to refunds, disputes and holds. Tax onboarding through Stripe is required before payouts.
6. Shipping, returns and disputes
You choose your shipping methods and return policy and must honor them. For order-caused chargebacks and "item not received" claims, you must provide proof such as tracking and screenshots. Crafty decides disputes and may make exceptions.
7. Promotions
Discounts, BOGO and free-shipping offers are funded by you and must be accurate. Crafty can see all active promotions.
8. Termination
Either party may end this agreement. Crafty may suspend selling for violations after review. Final payout handling on termination: [Owner to confirm].
