1. Who we are
The Crafty Marketplace is operated by CheriLandia Craft Hobby Club ("Crafty", "we"). Legal entity name and address: [Owner to confirm].
2. Accounts
Visitors may browse listings. Messaging, purchasing, reviewing and selling require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and the information in your account accurate.
We may suspend or disable accounts that break these terms, after owner review.
3. Crafty's role
Crafty provides the platform. Unless a listing says otherwise, items are sold by independent sellers, who are responsible for their descriptions, quality, legality, shipping and returns.
4. Prohibited items
Alcohol, tobacco and cigarettes, drugs and medicines (including over-the-counter medicines such as Tylenol), guns, and any item illegal to sell in the United States are not allowed. Crafty may remove listings at its discretion. Full list: [Owner to confirm].
5. Payments
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Crafty does not see or store full card numbers. Minimum checkout is $10.
6. Reviews
Buyers may be invited to review about seven days after an order. Reviews must be honest and relevant. Crafty may remove reviews under a consistently applied policy; negative opinion alone is not a reason for removal.
7. Disputes and liability
